The core origin of presence from which breath, awareness and inner peace emerge. The vital life energy and intuitive guidance that nurture personal well-being and highlight the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit.

Enter the Journey

There is a place beyond thought, beyond time, a space where breath dissolves into stillness, and stillness reveals truth.

Source is not something outside of you. It is the essence you have always carried, waiting to be remembered. Through breathwork, meditation and sacred practice, we do not teach, we unveil. We hold space for the unraveling, the awakening, the deep homecoming.

This is a return to what has always been. A remembering of who you are.

Source was born from the desire to hold space for others to experience the power of their own transformation. Whether it’s finding calm in your breath, clarity in your mind or connection to something greater, a sanctuary for your journey back to yourself.

  • Breathwork is the simple act of working with your breath in a conscious way, but the effects can be anything but simple. By shifting the rhythm and depth of your breathing, you open the door to experiences that move beyond the thinking mind, into the body, into memory and often into something far greater than yourself.

Sometimes it feels grounding and calming. Other times it can bring insight, release, or deep clarity. Each session is different because each moment of your life is different.

It is both a science and an art, grounded in the physiological power of breath to regulate the nervous system and open space for insight and transformation.

  • Overall, breathwork and meditation both lead us inward, but they take us there in different ways.

Meditation is about stillness, observation and allowing - watching thoughts arise and dissipate without attachment. It is a practice of presence, a way of resting in awareness and softening into what is.

Breathwork, on the other hand, is an active process. It engages the body and nervous system directly, using intentional breathing patterns to shift consciousness, release stored emotions and step into a more aligned version of you.

While meditation often invites us to witness, breathwork invites us to participate. Expanding, clearing and transforming in real time.

  • Each session is unique, meeting you exactly where you are. It begins with intention-setting, creating a safe and sacred space for whatever arises.

Some experiences are deeply peaceful, like floating in stillness. Others stir emotions, unlocking what has been suppressed or held beneath the surface.

Sensations in the body may arise:

    • Tingling (tetany)

    • Temperature fluctuations

    • Tension or tightness

    • Lightness or floating

    • Surges of emotion (laughter, tears, joy, grief)

    • Altered states of consciousness (visions, insights, a sense of expansion)

There is no right or wrong experience, only what is needed in that moment. The breath will meet you where you are, offering exactly what is needed. All that is asked of you is surrender - to trust, to feel, to allow. And in that surrender, transformation begins.

  • Breathwork can be both a solitary practice and a guided experience - each serving a different purpose.

Practicing on your own allows you to cultivate a relationship with your breath. It can be a daily ritual for grounding, emotional regulation or deepening self self-awareness.

Guided breathwork provides a container for deeper exploration. A facilitator holds space, offering safety and support as you navigate intense emotions, energetic releases or altered states of consciousness. A guide helps you navigate the unknown, as the breath becomes a doorways to deeper layers of healing - places the mind might resist going alone.

Both paths are powerful. If you’re new to breathwork or looking to go deeper, working with a guide can help you feel more supported in the process.
